About Us:
MEDLIFE is a global nonprofit organization that partners with students and underserved communities across Latin America and Africa to improve access to healthcare, education, and community development.
We're looking for an Expansion Associate to identify, engage, and support student leaders interested in launching MEDLIFE Chapters at universities and schools worldwide.
This is a relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building trust, and helping others turn ideas into action. You'll spend your time speaking with prospective student leaders, leading information sessions, conducting outreach, and guiding students through the process of creating new chapters on their campuses.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and engage prospective student leaders.
- Conduct outreach via calls, video meetings, email, and social media.
- Lead information sessions and webinars.
- Guide students through the chapter launch process.
- Build relationships with universities, faculty members, and student organizations.
- Generate new opportunities through referrals and networking.
- Support students participating in MEDLIFE programs and Service Learning Trips.
What We're Looking For:
- Advanced English (C1-C2).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with new people every day.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Able to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.
- Based in Latin America or the Philippines.
Preferred:
- Experience in sales, recruitment, fundraising, customer success, hospitality, education, or volunteer management.
- Experience with public speaking, outreach, or community engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
