- Increase participation in MEDLIFE programs, including Service Learning Trips, fundraising initiatives, and virtual experiences.
- Partner with student leaders to execute recruitment, engagement, and awareness campaigns.
- Help Chapters identify opportunities to expand their impact on campus.
- Coordinate webinars, leadership trainings, and community-building initiatives.
Coaching & Performance Support:
- Provide ongoing guidance, accountability, and strategic support to Chapter leaders.
- Monitor chapter activity, progress, and engagement metrics.
- Help students overcome challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
- Share best practices and resources that help Chapters succeed.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, account management, community management, fundraising, education, recruiting, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with students, volunteers, or nonprofit organizations.
- Project coordination or project management experience.
