We are looking for energetic, people-oriented professionals who enjoy building relationships, having meaningful conversations, and helping others take action.

What You'll Do:

Connect with prospective student leaders interested in bringing MEDLIFE to their campus.
Conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings.
Build relationships and maintain consistent follow-up.
Guide prospects through the decision-making process.
Track outreach and conversations within our CRM.
Collaborate with the broader Growth and Expansion team to achieve enrollment goals.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
6+ months of experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, hospitality, tourism, fundraising, outreach, or other relationship-focused roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with new people every day.
Highly organized and proactive.
Coachable and open to feedback.
Passionate about making a positive impact through education, healthcare, and community development.

Nice to Have:

Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
Experience with phone, email, LinkedIn, or social media outreach.
Student leadership, volunteer, nonprofit, or community-building experience.
Experience working with international students or universities.
