About MEDLIFE:
MEDLIFE is a global nonprofit organization that empowers students to become leaders in service while improving access to healthcare, education, and safe housing in underserved communities around the world.
We are looking for energetic, people-oriented professionals who enjoy building relationships, having meaningful conversations, and helping others take action.

What You'll Do:
  • Connect with prospective student leaders interested in bringing MEDLIFE to their campus.
  • Conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings.
  • Build relationships and maintain consistent follow-up.
  • Guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Track outreach and conversations within our CRM.
  • Collaborate with the broader Growth and Expansion team to achieve enrollment goals.

What We're Looking For:
Required:
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
  • 6+ months of experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, hospitality, tourism, fundraising, outreach, or other relationship-focused roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with new people every day.
  • Highly organized and proactive.
  • Coachable and open to feedback.
  • Passionate about making a positive impact through education, healthcare, and community development.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
  • Experience with phone, email, LinkedIn, or social media outreach.
  • Student leadership, volunteer, nonprofit, or community-building experience.
  • Experience working with international students or universities.
